Funding for graduate school

I have been accepted into graduate school in the UK to study biological archaeology at University College London. However I was notified of my acceptance late and as a result have little scholarship and grant money available to me. In general it is more common for students in the UK to receive sponsors who help them with their school fees rather than scholarships. UCL is one of the top schools in the world and obtaining my MSc from it would do wonders for my future career. Any sponsors or individual contributions would be undoubtedly appreciated beyond words!

About matthias

Hi.  I am completely at a loss for what to do next.  Short story long, I don't have enough money to finish college.  My mother died in October and I'm 3000 miles away from my family.  I don't know what's wrong with women or with me that I keep getting dumped, but it's not healthy to get dumped right before your mom dies.  Anyway, I had to stop going to college SEVEN classes before graduating, I'm so depressed about it I can barely get out of bed.  I need money to finish my education and to get my life back in order; I can't get any more government loans or private loans, so it has to be grants.  Any and all information you can give will be appreciated.  Email me at jamesart_608@hotmail.com

About penniless

After seeing some other peoples problems, reality sets in again that eveyone has problems in some kind of way. They just are presented differently based on that person and where they are at that time in their life.  I am a student, who just wants to graduate but it is hard. I have so many problems financially, but no one would know, because I know these hard times won t be for long. Everyone is struggling these days. I have proof of all my hard times. I have student loans, credit card debt, but not as much as the average person. Car payment, car insurance, rent and I am behind in all except rent. I am so ready to start my career. I am taking 18 hours a semester so I can hurry up and graduate. I have car problems. 800 numbers calling me at least ten times a day because I know what they want if I answer, and regardless of me telling them I don t have, they still will not care. My refund from school is my best income every August and January, but that goes to rent. I try to play the lottery but, why spend money on the ticket when I can barely afford gas, maybe a person who is more fortunate is a better odd than 1 in a million. I don t know if this should be long or short. I just need help. I don t spend money on anything but gas, and grocery food. If, I could receive help what would I do with the money I received.  I would try to pay the rest of my car loan off first, that is must. My credit has been damaged so the credit card debt could wait, I m already in the 500's and I know 5000 credit card debt is not alot compared to other people. If i received more than I needed I would help those doing the same thing I'm doing because I know this is real, and Oprahs big give a way really showed how you can help people in ways you probably couldn t understand. Thank you for anyone who took the time to read this and ponder. I was desperate enough to set up a pay-pal account. Tough times lead to measures like these. Thanks again.

Recent Grad NEEDS HELP

I just recently finished college, Aug. 2007 from NC State so the loans are no longer providing me with extra money.

Now that I'm out of school, I'm not making as much money as I'm needing to pay off bills and loans.  It's so bad that after school I've been having to live with my parents. Not good for a 22 year old man.

Does anyone know where I can get help to boost my finances without having more loans or payments to make?  I am currently working 40 hours a week, but the pay in relation to my bills is not adding up.

HELP!!!!

Graduate Studen in need of help

I am a graduate student trying to make her way through school.  As everyone knows, it's very difficult thing to do.  I recently got into a car accident which has left me disabled enough that I cannot work at this moment, but not disabled enough to get any government assistance.

If there is anyway that anybody out there could help me just a little bit, I can do any sort of computer work for you.  I've got a Bachelor's degree in Applied Information Technology, and am getting a Master's of Information Systems in December (FINALLY!).

Anybody that can help, it would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you so much.  Here is my paypal address if anyone is interested in donating.  Link to donating to my Paypal

college grad seeks assistance to start post grad life

I recently graduated after five years of college at a state university.  In order to attend school, I had to apply for student loans.  Now that I have graduated, I am facing the upcoming date at which I must begin to pay back those loans.  With today's economy, it is very dificult to find a job.  I am seeking help to pay off my loans so that once I do find a career, I will be able to save towards my future without worrying about my student loans.
